PAR has acquired Assessment Assist AI, a company specializing in AI solutions for mental health professionals, announced in a press release. This acquisition marks PAR's strategic entry into the AI space, aiming to streamline workflows for psychologists and improve efficiency in report writing.

The integration of Assessment Assist AI's platform into PAR's existing online platform, PARiConnect, is expected to save psychologists valuable time and enhance their ability to conduct evaluations without compromising clinical quality. This move is particularly timely, given the projected shortage of psychologists by 2037, as it addresses clinician burnout and long waitlists.

PAR's CEO, Kristin Greco, emphasized the importance of this acquisition in supporting mental health professionals by allowing them to focus more on client care.
