OuterSignal Raises $22M Series A for Customer Personalization Platform

OuterSignal raised a $22 million Series A to expand its customer intelligence and personalization platform for consumer brands.

OuterSignal raised a $22 million Series A co led by Long Journey Ventures and Abstract Ventures, the company announced in a press release. BAM Ventures, Top Shelf Ventures, SuperAngel.Fund and AME Cloud Ventures also participated.

The platform connects to commerce systems or customer relationship management software and uses public context to build customer profiles. Its tools create audience segments, personalized campaigns, advertising audiences and alerts when notable customers make purchases.

OuterSignal will use the funding to expand its research engine, develop personalized messages for individual customers and hire across engineering, commercial operations and customer experience. The company launched in January 2026 and says its platform serves thousands of consumer businesses.
