Orbio Secures €6.4 Million to Expand AI HR Platform

September 26, 2025
Spanish startup Orbio has raised €6.4 million to enhance its AI-native human capital management system, aiming to streamline HR processes and expand internationally.

Orbio, a Spanish startup specializing in AI-native human capital management systems, has raised €6.4 million in a recent funding round. The investment was led by Visionaries Club, with participation from Plus Partners, Enzo Ventures, and 2100 Ventures.

The funds will be used to accelerate Orbio's product development, commercial growth, and global expansion. The company plans to extend its reach into new European and Latin American markets while strengthening its presence in existing locations such as Spain, Portugal, Mexico, the UK, Italy, and the US.

Orbio's platform integrates autonomous, conversational agents to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention. Since its launch in June 2025, the platform has facilitated over 60,000 interviews for major employers, achieving 80% faster hiring cycles and a 20% reduction in early turnover.

The company aims to differentiate itself in the crowded HR tech space by offering a system built natively on AI, rather than retrofitting automation into existing tools. This approach has shown promising results, with 99% candidate satisfaction reported during the interview process.
