June 03, 2026
OpsGuru has introduced Agentic Delivery, a fixed-fee AI professional services model aimed at helping businesses move from proof-of-concept to production-ready AI systems with governance and accountability on AWS.

OpsGuru has introduced a new service called OpsGuru Agentic Delivery, described as North America's first governed fixed-fee AI professional services model, announced in a press release.

The model is designed to help organizations transition AI initiatives from proof-of-concept to production by offering predefined pricing and deliverables. Each engagement begins with a fixed-scope Discover phase lasting four to six weeks, during which OpsGuru assesses AI opportunities, defines architecture, and provides a costed proposal for production.

OpsGuru Agentic Delivery provides customers with a fixed price before work starts, a completed production system as the deliverable, and a delivery team combining AWS-certified architects with a governed portfolio of AI agents. The service operates on the AWS platform and incorporates AWS security and governance controls.

As an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, OpsGuru applies its validated competencies in AI Services, Migration, and DevOps to ensure production-ready outcomes for enterprise clients across sectors such as finance, energy, media, and manufacturing.
