OP Appoints Vijay Chemuturi as CTO to Lead AI Innovation

OP has named Vijay Chemuturi as its new Chief Technology Officer to spearhead AI-driven innovation, following his impactful tenure at Toyota.

OP has appointed Vijay Chemuturi as its new Chief Technology Officer, announced in a press release. Chemuturi, who previously served as Executive Director and Chief Technology Strategist at Toyota, brings over three decades of experience in AI-driven transformation to the role.

During his tenure at Toyota, Chemuturi was instrumental in deploying AI across various functions, including manufacturing, R&D, and customer experience. He led the launch of Toyota's first connected platform and established its data science practice. His leadership also saw the modernization of Toyota's mainframe systems in collaboration with AWS.

At OP, Chemuturi will focus on expanding the firm's AI-first service model and advancing its proprietary AI offerings, such as OranGPT and TruthIn.ai. His appointment is part of a broader strategic expansion of OP's leadership team, which includes recent additions of Tom Campisi as VP of Client Success and Svetlana Patrusheva as VP of Finance.
