Nudge Security Raises $22.5 Million Series A to Expand AI and SaaS Security Platform

Nudge Security has raised $22.5 million in Series A funding led by Cerberus Ventures, with participation from Ballistic Ventures, Forgepoint Capital, and Squadra Ventures. The company plans to use the funds to enhance product innovation and expand its go-to-market strategy.

Nudge Security has raised $22.5 million in Series A funding led by Cerberus Ventures, with participation from Ballistic Ventures, Forgepoint Capital, and Squadra Ventures, announced in a press release. Morgan Mahlock of Cerberus Ventures will join the company's board as part of the investment.

The Austin-based company said the new capital will support product innovation and go-to-market expansion following a year of tripling annual recurring revenue. Nudge Security focuses on securing AI and SaaS applications at the workforce level by providing automated, policy-driven security guardrails that operate in real time.

Since its launch in October 2022, Nudge Security has onboarded nearly 200 customers and developed tools for scalable AI security, SaaS discovery, risk intelligence, and identity governance. The platform offers a 14-day free trial that automatically inventories SaaS and AI applications, users, and integrations within minutes of setup.
