NTT DATA Business Solutions and Conduct Partner for Global AI SAP Transformation
NTT DATA Business Solutions and Conduct have announced a global strategic partnership to embed Conduct’s agentic AI platform into NTT DATA Business Solutions’ SAP delivery operations. The collaboration was announced in a press release and aims to accelerate and improve the quality of enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformations worldwide.
Conduct’s proprietary SAP context engine provides a full semantic understanding of SAP systems, including custom objects, workflows, and dependencies. This allows NTT DATA Business Solutions teams to automate fit-gap analysis, compare system setups with SAP standards, and generate functional specifications more quickly.
The partnership extends across application management, change management, and transformation services in key markets such as the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, Brazil, and Singapore. Customers are expected to benefit from faster project execution, reduced production risk, and improved visibility into their SAP environments.
The joint offering is available globally through NTT DATA Business Solutions’ delivery centers across five continents, with offshore support in India. Both companies will present the partnership at SAP Sapphire 2026 in Orlando, where Conduct will exhibit as one of SAP’s selected AI partners at Booth 460.
