note inc. and NAVER Form Alliance to Build Global Creator Ecosystem with Generative AI
note inc. has entered a capital and business alliance with NAVER D2SF's parent company, NAVER Corporation, receiving an investment of 2 billion yen, announced in a press release. The partnership aims to build a global ecosystem for creators and fans, leveraging generative AI technologies.
The companies will collaborate on AI development to enhance content discovery, production, and distribution. They plan to integrate their platforms for cross-distribution of content and intellectual property, supporting creators and expanding user-generated content globally.
NAVER will contribute assets from its global digital comics platform WEBTOON and LINE Manga, while note and its subsidiary Tales & Co. will provide creator-support networks. Their first joint project is scheduled to begin in early 2026.
Both companies will also explore strategic investment initiatives to expand their business domains and strengthen global competitiveness through shared expertise and networks.
