Notation Labs Launches LeakSecure Platform 3.0 for Water Leak Response
Notation Labs announced in a press release the launch of LeakSecure Platform 3.0, a cloud and AI based leak detection and prevention platform for homes and businesses.
The platform connects professionally installed water monitoring and automatic shutoff devices with mobile apps, the LeakSecure Pro app for technicians and the LeakSecure Pro Dashboard for dispatchers, contractors and business owners. A shared AI Cloud manages connected devices and supports AI agents and commercial APIs.
LeakSecure Platform 3.0 includes closed loop alert response. When an alert is issued, the system can record whether a customer opened the app, closed the valve, started a Leak Test or took no action. Based on settings, it can escalate notifications, start protective shutoff or close the event after resolution.
The platform is aimed at insurance carriers, plumbing contractors, home services companies and operators with multiple locations. It also integrates with ServiceTitan for contractor workflows. Notation Labs said it is using Claude from Anthropic to support telemetry analysis, customer service processes, event documentation and partner enablement.
