NoblQ Acquires Majority Stake in QBrainX to Expand Automation Capabilities
NoblQ has acquired a majority stake in QBrainX, announced in a press release. The transaction, effective May 4, 2026, unites the two companies after a two-year collaboration and expands NoblQ's automation, data modernization, and enterprise platform services globally.
QBrainX, based in Minneola, Florida, provides enterprise automation and intelligent process solutions. The combination adds more than 200 professionals to NoblQ's workforce, bringing the total to over 1,800 across North America, Europe, and Asia.
The acquisition introduces three new Centers of Excellence focused on Data and AI, ServiceNow, and Hyper Automation, bringing NoblQ's total to 11. QBrainX's automation capabilities will integrate into NoblQ's enterprise platform practice, supporting delivery across the full transformation stack.
NoblQ, headquartered in Dallas, is backed by Yellow Stripes Capital and specializes in AI driven engineering, enterprise platforms, and professional services.
