Multiverse Acquires StackFuel to Train 100,000 German Workers in AI Skills
Multiverse has acquired StackFuel, Germany’s leading provider of data and AI training, announced in a press release. The partnership aims to train 100,000 German workers in AI skills, supporting the country’s goal to strengthen its AI capabilities.
StackFuel, which provides training to major companies such as Mercedes-Benz, IAV, and Telefónica, was founded by Leo Marose and Stefan Berntheisel. Both founders will join the senior leadership team of the combined company. StackFuel’s programs have a 92% completion rate and focus on data and AI skill development for large organizations.
Multiverse, Europe’s only EdTech unicorn and a major AI upskilling platform, partners with over 1,500 global companies. The acquisition marks a key step in its European expansion strategy. The company’s German subsidiary, Multiverse GmbH, is accredited under AZAV and has been offering training programs in Germany since 2025.
According to Multiverse CEO Euan Blair, the integration of StackFuel’s local expertise with Multiverse’s AI-driven learning platform will enable large-scale delivery of AI training across the German workforce.
