MSBAI Secures $2M Contract for GURU Generation 2 with DoD

MSBAI has been awarded a $2 million Phase III contract by the U.S. Department of Defense for its GURU Generation 2 platform, enhancing hypersonic flight simulations.

MSBAI has been awarded a $2 million Phase III contract by the U.S. Department of Defense for its GURU Generation 2 platform, announced in a press release. This contract aims to enhance America's hypersonic flight capabilities by automating complex engineering workflows on supercomputers.

GURU Generation 2 leverages advanced artificial intelligence to automate the setup of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations, reducing setup times from hours or days to mere minutes. This capability allows for the execution of thousands of simulations at scale, significantly improving the efficiency of prototyping Mach 5-plus vehicles.

The platform has already demonstrated success at the Air Force Research Laboratory's DoD Supercomputing Resource Center, reducing simulation failure rates from 88% to 2%. GURU Generation 2 will now be deployed across key Army, Navy, and Air Force supercomputers, supporting the High Performance Computing Modernization Program's mission to maintain U.S. superiority in hypersonics and emerging technologies.
