MoonPay Acquires Entendre to Add AI Accounting Agents to Stablecoin Operations
MoonPay has acquired Entendre, a company that develops AI accounting agents for stablecoin and fintech businesses, announced in a press release. The acquisition expands MoonPay's infrastructure into finance operations, adding automation for reconciliation, treasury, and financial close workflows.
Entendre's system automates accounting tasks for companies managing multiple entities, currencies, and high transaction volumes. Its customers include Polygon Labs, Thirdweb, Brale, and Babylon Labs. The platform connects to tools such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, and Stripe, and integrates with digital asset services like Rain and Meow.
Following the acquisition, Entendre's technology and team will be integrated into MoonPay, with existing customers continuing service without disruption. The move follows earlier acquisitions by MoonPay of Sodot, Decent, and DFlow, as it builds a unified infrastructure for payments, wallets, trading, and finance automation across the digital asset economy.
