The company is headquartered in Lantana, Florida, with an additional office in Boston, Massachusetts.

MOMENTUS aims to integrate artificial intelligence and new technologies with human expertise to offer value-driven strategies for its clients. The firm provides consulting services that combine subject-matter knowledge with flexible, cost-effective solutions.

Roberts, serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Partner, brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare and global value consulting, with previous roles at Biogen, Merck, and Roche. Czekanski, the company's CEO, previously co-founded Citrus Health Group and has held senior positions at Merck & Co., Cardinal Health, and the Fishawack Group of Companies.

The founders stated that MOMENTUS was created to address increasing industry complexity and regulatory challenges by providing targeted insights and strategic guidance to accelerate the approval and adoption of new therapies.
