Metricform has launched a narrative formation intelligence platform that tracks public conversations across news, social platforms, forums, reviews, and AI generated answers.

Metricform has launched a narrative formation intelligence platform that detects and interprets emerging narratives, announced in a press release.

The platform monitors news, social platforms, forums, reviews, and AI generated answers as one connected conversation. It groups claims into narratives, shows which ones are gaining momentum, and links findings to their sources.

Metricform said the platform works across markets and languages. Its Snowball component flags narrative clusters as they form, often 24 to 72 hours before they break, while Quickmetric searches years of news, social media, and open web history to explain how a narrative formed.

The company said an early engagement with a global food and beverage company used Snowball to identify the community driving a shift into plant based milk in a priority coffee market, including location, motivations, and consumer psychographics.
