MCG Health and Allegheny Health Network to Present on AI in Utilization Management at ACMA 2025
MCG Health and Allegheny Health Network will present a joint session on integrating artificial intelligence into utilization management workflows at the 2025 ACMA Leadership & Physician Advisor Conference, announced in a press release. The event will take place November 11–14 in Boston, Massachusetts.
The session, titled "Interoperability, AI, and Evidence-Based Care: Mitigate Denials & Improve Efficiency," is scheduled for November 12 from 2:05–3:05 p.m. ET. It will be led by MCG Health's Director of Product Management, Marivie Lanter, alongside AHN's Amanda Smith and Pam Grappy.
The presentation will explore methods for integrating AI into evidence-based care practices to optimize patient outcomes, reduce unnecessary denials, and improve communication between hospitals and health plans. MCG Health’s technology combines evidence-based guidelines and analytics with AI to support efficient and accurate clinical decision-making.
