Liatrio Introduces AI-First Standard for Enterprise Transformation
Liatrio has announced a new AI-first standard for its enterprise transformation services, according to a press release. The Austin-based consultancy said it will embed AI into enterprise workflows as a structural component, rather than treating it as an experimental layer or pilot project.
The company stated that its internal operations already use AI to deliver measurable business results, and those practices now form the basis of its client engagements. Liatrio’s approach includes three main offerings: Enablement for teams building internal AI capability, Strategy for leadership alignment, and Build for scaling AI across operations.
Liatrio said it integrates AI directly into complex enterprise workflows, ensuring that organizations retain full ownership of the systems and methods after engagements conclude. The consultancy’s model focuses on building sustainable internal capability rather than long-term dependency on external partners.
