LG and NVIDIA Expand Collaboration in AI, Mobility, and Infrastructure

LG and NVIDIA have agreed to broaden their strategic partnership across AI infrastructure, mobility, and physical AI, following a top-level meeting in Seoul attended by both companies' CEOs.

LG Electronics and NVIDIA have agreed to expand their strategic collaboration across AI infrastructure, mobility, and physical AI, announced in a press release. The agreement follows a top management meeting held in Yeouido, Seoul, attended by LG Corp. Chairman and CEO Kwang Mo Koo and NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang.

The companies plan to combine NVIDIA’s AI platforms with LG’s manufacturing and infrastructure capabilities to accelerate industrial and consumer applications of AI. The partnership aims to integrate AI technologies into areas such as robotics, factories, and mobility systems.

During the meeting, executives discussed long-term cooperation to strengthen leadership in AI across industries. Huang highlighted Korea’s strengths in manufacturing, mechatronics, and AI, and said that merging these capabilities could help make robotics and physical AI a major growth sector for the country.
