Lattice Semiconductor Reports $523 Million Revenue for 2025, Projects 37% Growth in Early 2026
Lattice Semiconductor announced in a press release that it recorded $523.3 million in revenue for the full year 2025, with a GAAP gross margin of 68.2% and net income of $3.1 million. On a non-GAAP basis, the company reported a 69.3% gross margin and $1.05 earnings per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA for the year reached $183 million, representing a 35% margin.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue was $145.8 million, up 24.2% year-over-year, with a GAAP gross margin of 68.5%. The company reported a net loss of $7.6 million for the quarter, while non-GAAP net income stood at $43.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $53.2 million, with a margin of 36.5%.
CEO Ford Tamer said the company achieved strong data center performance, with server revenue up approximately 85% from the previous year, and highlighted growth in AI and datacenter markets. CFO Lorenzo Flores noted normalized channel inventories and improved free cash flow margins.
For the first quarter of 2026, Lattice expects revenue between $158 million and $172 million, representing about 37% year-over-year growth at the midpoint. The company also forecasts a non-GAAP gross margin of around 69.5% and net income per share between $0.34 and $0.38.
