Knak Adds Model Context Protocol Support for AI Marketing Workflows

April 20, 2026
Knak has introduced support for the Model Context Protocol, allowing AI agents to directly generate marketing assets using the platform’s production infrastructure. The feature is now available in alpha for enterprise customers.

Knak has added support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, enabling AI agents and orchestration layers to connect directly to its marketing production platform, announced in a press release. This allows enterprise teams to generate launch ready campaign assets within existing AI workflows without manual handoffs.

The update makes Knak accessible to both human marketers and AI agents, allowing outputs to reflect brand guidelines stored in the platform. Companies including OpenAI, Meta, and Google are using Knak as a production layer in their AI based marketing workflows. AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude can now connect through the MCP server to generate emails programmatically using Knak’s existing template library.

MCP support is currently available in alpha, with brand compliance guardrails and expanded functionality planned for future releases. Knak and OpenAI will present a session at Adobe Summit 2026 to demonstrate how enterprise teams are building AI driven marketing production systems using Knak as the central execution layer.
