Klear.ai has been selected by the Alaska Public Risk Alliance (APRA) to support its initiative to modernize and unify claims operations across its public risk pools, as announced in a press release. This effort will consolidate the operations of the former AMLJIA and APEI pools.

APRA's current claims operations are divided between two legacy systems, Claim Pilot and PCIS, which operate independently with different processes and data structures. The modernization initiative aims to streamline these systems into a single, centralized platform using Klear.ai's cloud-native technology. This platform is designed to simplify complexity through intelligent automation and seamless data consolidation.

The project is led by Lynn McNamara, Interim Executive Director of APRA, with Brennan Hickok, Deputy Director, overseeing the implementation process. Klear.ai's platform will provide real-time analytics and risk insights, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency across key lines such as Workers' Compensation, Property, Auto, and General Liability.
