November 06, 2025
JK Tech has launched the Agentic AI version of its JIVA platform, enabling enterprises to orchestrate autonomous AI agents that align with business goals across industries such as retail, CPG, and insurance.

JK Tech has launched the Agentic AI version of its enterprise-grade Generative AI orchestrator, JIVA, announced in a press release. The upgraded platform enables organizations to create and manage autonomous AI agents that think, reason, and act in alignment with business objectives across sectors including retail, consumer goods, and insurance.

The platform’s new Agentic AI capabilities are built on a modular, cloud-agnostic architecture designed for scalability, security, and explainability. JIVA uses a dual-knowledge graph structure—an Enterprise Data Graph and a Business Workflow Graph—to coordinate cooperation and conflict resolution among agents. It supports various interaction modes such as event-driven triggers, embedded UI components, API calls, and natural language.

JIVA’s system-agnostic architecture integrates with existing enterprise systems and orchestrates multiple foundation models through a unified governance layer. It includes Graph-Powered Explainability and Graph-Enabled Agent Orchestration for transparency and workflow management. The platform also incorporates ethical AI features like audit logging, bias detection, and encryption-based confidentiality.

JK Tech has partnered with major hyperscalers and technology providers to enhance JIVA’s scalability. With its LLM-agnostic, graph-powered foundation and a growing library of pre-built agents, JIVA aims to support intelligent, autonomous enterprise operations with minimal human intervention.
