jaam automation Launches M. for Agentic Work Management

jaam automation launches M. by jaam, a platform that connects people, business systems and AI agents to manage complex business processes, the company said in a press release. Its Context Engine combines organisational knowledge, processes, current work and historical data to help AI determine how work moves through a business and what should happen next.

Organisations can use agents included with M. or connect agents they have developed. The platform also works with Microsoft Azure AI, Copilot, Power Platform, other business systems, custom applications and solutions from Microsoft partners.

M. covers five stages called Analyse, Build, Work, Intelligence and Optimisation. These functions map processes, structure work, support operations, monitor risks and identify tasks that could use AI or automation.
