IntelePeer Earns TX-RAMP Level 2 Certification for AI Communication Solutions
IntelePeer has achieved TX-RAMP Level 2 certification through the Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program, announced in a press release. The certification confirms that the company meets standardized security requirements for cloud services supporting Texas healthcare, educational, and government organizations.
TX-RAMP Level 2 status indicates that IntelePeer's conversational and Agentic AI communication solutions comply with strict monitoring and data protection standards for handling confidential and moderate to high-impact information. The company stated that it is the only provider of its kind to hold this certification.
In addition to TX-RAMP, IntelePeer maintains compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and PCI standards. Its AI Hub and Smart Suite platforms have also earned HITRUST certification for information security, reinforcing their suitability for use in regulated environments.
