Integrated Research Introduces Iris for Card Payments

June 23, 2026
Integrated Research has launched Iris for Card Payments, an AI assistant designed to help payments teams detect and resolve transaction issues faster through natural language insights and observability tools built into the Prognosis platform.

Integrated Research announced in a press release the launch of Iris for Card Payments, an AI assistant designed to help payments teams identify and address transaction issues quickly. The system provides real time insights through natural language queries and is built on the company’s Prognosis observability platform, which monitors more than 80 billion transactions annually for major banks and financial institutions.

Iris for Card Payments allows users to ask direct questions about transaction declines, approvals, volumes, and performance without requiring technical queries or dashboards. It uses IR’s correlation logic to explain why issues occur, not just what happened, giving teams faster access to contextual insights.

The product is available globally in beta from May 2026 as part of the release of Prognosis 13.3. Integrated Research plans to extend Iris to High Value Payments and Real Time Payments in future versions.
