Hikvision Reports 2025 Results and Strong Q1 2026 Growth

Hikvision reported a 0.01% rise in total revenue to RMB 92.51 billion for 2025, with net profit up 18.52%. The company also saw an 11.78% year-over-year revenue increase in the first quarter of 2026, supported by continued investment in AIoT technologies and R&D.

Hikvision announced in a press release its financial results for the full year 2025 and the first quarter of 2026, showing steady growth and improved profitability. For 2025, total revenue reached RMB 92.51 billion (USD 12.95 billion), a 0.01% increase year over year. Net profit rose by 18.52% to RMB 14.20 billion (USD 1.99 billion). The company declared an expected total cash dividend of RMB 10.54 billion (USD 1.48 billion), representing a 74.25% payout ratio.

In the first quarter of 2026, Hikvision reported total revenue of RMB 20.72 billion (USD 2.90 billion), up 11.78% from the previous year. Net profit for the quarter increased by 36.42% to RMB 2.78 billion (USD 0.39 billion). The gross profit margin improved by 4.16 percentage points to 49.09%.

The company noted that its AIoT strategy continues to support global growth. Revenue from overseas markets accounted for RMB 27.22 billion (USD 3.81 billion), or 29.42% of total revenue. Non-video product lines, such as access control, alarm systems, and commercial displays, showed strong performance, while innovative business segments contributed 27.51% of total revenue.

Hikvision continues to advance large-scale AI models, including its Guanlan models that integrate vision, language, and multimodal capabilities. These models have been applied to sectors such as intelligent manufacturing, logistics, and environmental protection. In 2025, the company invested RMB 11.75 billion (USD 1.65 billion) in research and development, representing 12.70% of revenue. By the end of 2025, Hikvision held 12,981 authorized patents worldwide, with invention patents making up 57% of the total.
