Healthcare Triangle Signs LOI to Acquire Teyame.AI for AI-Powered Patient Engagement
In a press release, Healthcare Triangle, Inc. announced it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire the assets of Teyame.AI, a Spain-based company specializing in AI-powered omnichannel customer experience solutions. The transaction is expected to generate about $34 million in additional annual revenue and $4.2 million in EBITDA for fiscal year 2025.
Teyame.AI develops AI automation and multilingual engagement tools currently used in banking and insurance, with pilot programs in healthcare. Its platform integrates Agentic Generative AI and real-time analytics to enhance customer and patient interactions. Once integrated, Healthcare Triangle plans to connect Teyame’s technology with its existing QuantumNexis products, including the Ziloy AI engine and Ezovion electronic health record system.
The combined platform would deliver AI-driven patient engagement linked to clinical systems, enabling personalized care and automated workflows. Healthcare Triangle stated that the acquisition would also expand its international reach into Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, supported by Teyame’s multilingual capabilities.
Healthcare Triangle’s leadership said the deal aligns with its strategy to advance AI-driven healthcare innovation and build global SaaS platforms for patient engagement and care management.
