Gupshup launches no code platform for AI voice agents

Gupshup has launched a no code platform for building, testing, deploying, and managing AI voice agents across phone and WhatsApp calls.

Gupshup announced in a press release the launch of its Voice AI Platform, a self serve console for building, testing, deploying, and managing AI voice agents. The platform supports conventional phone calls through PSTN and voice calls through WhatsApp.

Businesses can configure an agent's voice, language, knowledge base, instructions, workflows, and connections to business tools. Features include guardrails, simulations, model comparisons, analytics, transcripts, conversation history, and debug logs.

The platform supports cloud and on premise deployment, existing PSTN infrastructure, and speech and language models selected by customers. New users receive 100 minutes of credits, while pricing starts at USD 0.035 per minute.
