Guideway Care has completed the acquisition of Waypoint Healthcare Solutions, expanding its Enterprise Evidence-Based Patient Activation Intelligence platform, announced in a press release. The integration aims to create a unified architecture for managing healthcare execution across pre- and post-encounter stages.

Waypoint’s team, including founders Lisa McDermott and David Bradshaw, has joined Guideway Care. The acquisition adds AI and virtual agent capabilities to Guideway’s platform, enabling more personalized patient interactions and improving efficiency in areas such as referral management, care transitions, and chronic condition management.
