GUDEA raised a $7 million seed round to expand its platform for tracking how online narratives form and spread.

GUDEA said in a press release it closed an oversubscribed $7 million seed round co led by Mudita Ventures and Collide Capital.

The platform monitors dozens of online services and uses behavioral analysis and graph neural network models to identify where narratives begin, who drives them and how quickly they may spread. It also distinguishes authentic engagement from inauthentic activity and groups audiences into five categories.

GUDEA will use the funding for product development, predictive modeling, wider coverage across platforms, languages and regions, and growth in its engineering and sales teams. Keith Presley, Jonathan Sperber and James Thomin founded the Minneapolis company in 2023.
