Grow Therapy Partners with Amazon on Employee Mental Health Program
Grow Therapy has partnered with Amazon to strengthen the company's Employee Assistance Program, announced in a press release. The collaboration introduces a redesigned mental health benefit for more than one million employees in the United States.
Under the new model, eligible Amazon employees can access up to six no-cost therapy sessions through the program. After those sessions, they can continue care with providers covered by their insurance plans. The updated program includes access to thousands of vetted providers across all 50 states, flexible scheduling options, and both virtual and in-person appointments.
The program also integrates AI tools within the Grow mobile app. These tools help clients reflect between sessions and share insights with their therapists, with consent, to improve session focus and continuity of care. Appointments can be scheduled within two to three days, and support is available during evenings and weekends.
Grow Therapy operates a network of 26,000 providers and serves more than 220 million Americans through insurance partnerships. The company has raised $328 million in funding from investors including Sequoia Capital, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and TCV.
