Gong and Agentforce Sales each received a composite score of 9.0. Users rated Gong highly for call recording and Agentforce Sales for conversation coaching. Avoma scored 8.6 and received high ratings for audio transcription.
The report ranks conversation intelligence products using verified end user reviews collected through the SoftwareReviews platform. Its composite score covers likelihood to recommend, feature ratings, vendor capabilities and net emotional footprint scores.
