June 23, 2026
Gigaverse has rebranded to TapIn, introducing an AI powered live community platform focused on participation and engagement rather than passive attention. The new platform offers tools for creators, brands, and organizations to host interactive sessions, manage communities, and monetize engagement in real time.

TapIn, formerly known as Gigaverse, has introduced a new AI powered live community platform built for what it calls the contribution economy, announced in a press release. The rebrand shifts focus from passive attention metrics toward active participation, enabling creators and communities to engage audiences more interactively.

TapIn offers a live first interface for real time engagement, with features such as a Green Room for session preparation, live translation, AI moderation, summarization, and content ranking. It also integrates distribution across social platforms, supports monetization through ticketing and subscriptions, and maintains a persistent community layer that turns live sessions into lasting content.

The company has expanded its offering to include both a self serve platform for creators and enterprise infrastructure for brands and large organizations. This includes white label options and deeper integration capabilities for customized community experiences.

At the core of TapIn’s platform is an AI system that organizes live conversations by grouping similar questions and surfacing high value contributions, helping hosts manage interactive discussions efficiently.
