GIGABYTE Expands Collaboration with AMD to Boost On-Device AI PCs and Displays
Taipei-based GIGABYTE has expanded its partnership with Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) to enhance on-device AI performance across its latest gaming laptops, motherboards, and OLED monitors, announced in a press release.
The collaboration introduces the AORUS MASTER 16 gaming laptop, powered by the AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D processor with 3D V-Cache technology, and the AERO X16 (Copilot+ PC), which runs on AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series processors. Both models integrate GIGABYTE’s GiMATE AI agent for automated performance management and WINDFORCE Infinity EX cooling for up to 230W thermal capacity.
For desktop systems, GIGABYTE’s X870E X3D Series motherboards are optimized for AMD Ryzen 9000 Series processors. They include the company’s AI-powered X3D Turbo Mode 2.0, which combines hardware and software tuning to stabilize gaming performance and responsiveness.
The new MO27Q28GR, MO34WQC36, and MO32U24 OLED gaming monitors in the lineup are certified with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology. These displays feature GIGABYTE’s Tactical Features suite, including resolution switching, motion blur reduction, and customizable overlays designed for competitive gaming.
According to GIGABYTE, this expanded collaboration aligns its system design and performance optimization with AMD’s platform innovations to deliver improved local AI processing for gaming, creation, and PC builds.
