Sep 24, 2026
Genzeon received UiPath's 2026 Industry Impact Partner of the Year award for Healthcare and Life Sciences after deploying automation across prior authorization, referrals, claims and revenue cycle management.

Genzeon said in a press release that it was named UiPath's 2026 Industry Impact Partner of the Year for Healthcare and Life Sciences. The award was presented at UiPath FUSION 2026 and recognized work across prior authorization, referrals, claims and revenue cycle management.

Genzeon says that for the CMS WISeR program the companies delivered prior authorization infrastructure processing more than 450,000 cases annually across 17 high risk service categories, automating 85% to 90% of routine determinations while meeting 72 hour turnaround requirements and FHIR and CMS-0057-F compliance.

Genzeon reports that at a pediatric health system a referral workflow reduced processing time from about six minutes to less than one minute and saved an estimated 2,250 staff hours per month. It also reports that for a national complex rehabilitation provider automated prior authorization coverage expanded from four payers to more than 100, while manual touches fell by 70% to 80% and errors declined by 90% to 95% during the first phase.

The companies have worked together for five years. Genzeon reports that the partnership has deployed more than 45 AI agents in production and delivered more than 5,000 healthcare automation components.
