FutureDial Unveils AI-Driven SMART Receive Automation

FutureDial has launched SMART Receive Automation, an AI-driven receiving cell developed with Greystone Data Solutions, enhancing device processing efficiency by up to 400%.

FutureDial has launched its latest innovation, SMART Receive Automation (SRA), an AI-driven receiving cell designed to enhance the circular supply chain. Announced in a press release, this new system was developed in collaboration with Greystone Data Solutions and aims to significantly boost efficiency in device processing.

SRA leverages advanced AI and machine learning to automatically handle inbound device volumes, performing tasks such as inspection, charging, and routing without the need for manual preparation. Key features include AI-based packaging and inspection, automatic port connection, and continuous learning capabilities that maintain over 99% routing accuracy.

The system also supports hands-free communication for Android and iOS devices and allows customers to configure exception rules based on device conditions. By shifting tasks from humans to machines, SRA can increase throughput by up to 400%, integrating seamlessly with existing ERP/WMS systems or FutureDial's Cloud Management Console.

FutureDial and Greystone Data Solutions will showcase SRA at Mobile Disrupt 2025 in Miami, where attendees can view demonstrations and engage with company leadership.
