BackOps AI Secures $6M to Enhance Logistics Automation
BackOps AI has raised $6 million in a seed funding round led by Construct Capital, with participation from existing investors Gradient Ventures and 10VC, announced in a press release. This funding brings the company's total to $8 million within a year, supporting its mission to revolutionize logistics automation.
BackOps AI's platform, Relay, automates various supply chain tasks, from routine order updates to complex workflows like claims resolution. By integrating with existing tools such as ERPs and WMS platforms, Relay eliminates the need for costly infrastructure changes, allowing companies to adopt and scale automation easily.
The new capital will be used to enhance Relay's capabilities, including predictive analytics and deeper integrations across transportation and warehouse systems. These advancements aim to shift operations from manual task execution to intelligent, self-optimizing processes, providing significant ROI for customers in the logistics sector.
