Fractal Reports 109% Profit Growth in Q4 FY26
Fractal Analytics reported a 109% year-on-year increase in net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, reaching INR 1,158 million, announced in a press release. Consolidated revenue for the quarter rose 17% to INR 8,863 million, supported by significant gains in the Healthcare and Life Sciences segment, which grew 82%, and the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance segment, which increased 42%.
The company achieved a Net Revenue Retention rate of 112% and a Net Promoter Score of 81 during the quarter. Gross margin expanded to 48.2% while adjusted EBITDA margin rose to 22%.
For the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, Fractal reported total revenue of INR 32,997 million, a 19% increase over the previous year. Net income for the year was INR 2,868 million, up 30%. Europe and the Americas contributed growth of 34% and 20% respectively, while revenue from the Asia-Pacific region declined 3%.
Fractal expanded its client base, increasing the number of customers with annual revenue above $20 million from five to six. The company completed its initial public offering in February 2026 and is now listed on the BSE and NSE in India.
