First State Financial Management Adopts Mili for Advisor Workflows
First State Financial Management, the wealth management arm of First State Community Bank, has deployed Mili across its advisor network, announced in a press release. The implementation covers more than 50 locations across Missouri.
Advisors are using Mili to manage client meetings from preparation to follow-up. The system draws on the firm's records to prepare meeting materials, captures notes across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions, and writes updates back to the firm’s CRM. Follow-ups are automatically drafted in each advisor's voice, and all documents produced by Mili include the firm’s disclosures.
The partnership also extends into automated form processing for annuity paperwork and required minimum distribution workflows. Future integrations will connect Mili more deeply with the firm’s planning and portfolio systems.
