Findem and RecruitMilitary Create Unified Veteran Talent Dataset
Findem and RecruitMilitary have formed an expanded partnership to create a unified veteran talent dataset, announced in a press release. The dataset combines RecruitMilitary’s network of over two million veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses with Findem’s proprietary people and company data.
The dataset will be available across both companies’ customer and partner ecosystems. It supports SaaS applications, AI agents, MCP infrastructure, partner integrations, and talent solutions. The goal is to improve how military experience is translated and recognized in civilian hiring systems.
Through Findem’s architecture, the dataset powers candidate discovery, skill translation, talent mapping, workforce planning, and recruiting workflows. RecruitMilitary customers gain enhanced access to Findem’s data to identify and engage veteran talent more effectively.
Both companies plan to expand the dataset’s integration across customer workflows, AI systems, and partner networks over time.
