Symphony Talent launched AI Search Visibility Solutions, a service that helps employers measure and manage how they appear in AI search tools used by job seekers.

Symphony Talent announced in a press release the launch of AI Search Visibility Solutions, a service for talent acquisition and employer brand teams to measure and manage how employers appear in AI search tools.

The service checks visibility across platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. It is designed for job seeker queries about employers, applications, and hiring processes.

The offering has four parts: Visibility Index, Visibility Accelerator, Visibility Amplifier, and Visibility Intelligence. Symphony Talent said AI supports benchmarking, prompt testing, and recurring monitoring, while its strategists review findings and coordinate actions across career sites, content, employer brand, and media.

AI Search Visibility Solutions is available now to current and prospective Symphony Talent clients.
