Experity has acquired Exdion Healthcare, announced in a press release. Exdion provides software and services that automate tasks across the patient chart to cash process, including coding, billing, compliance, and revenue cycle management.

The acquisition supports Experity’s goal to connect clinical, operational, and financial workflows using AI technology. The company said the integration would help urgent care providers accelerate reimbursement, reduce manual effort, and improve financial performance.
