ExaCare AI Raises $30M Series A to Expand AI Platform for Skilled Nursing Facilities
ExaCare AI has raised $30 million in Series A funding led by Insight Partners, with participation from Foundation Capital, Bienville Capital, and post-acute operators, announced in a press release. The funding will be used to scale the company’s AI platform for skilled nursing facilities and expand its product, engineering, and customer support teams.
The platform, already used by more than 1,500 facilities, helps admissions teams process unstructured referral data, identify clinical risks, and standardize decision-making. ExaCare AI’s new suite of specialized agents includes tools for admissions, reimbursement, clinical insights, survey readiness, and documentation, each designed to automate administrative workflows and improve accuracy.
The company also introduced the upcoming ExaCare AI Summit, set for April 26, 2026, in Scottsdale, Arizona. The event will feature product demonstrations, customer case studies, and discussions with industry leaders on applying AI to post-acute care.
ExaCare AI plans to use the new capital to continue developing its proprietary AI models built specifically for post-acute care, aiming to reduce administrative overhead and support safer, faster patient placements.
