Eventus Names Cameron Routh as Chief Executive Officer

Eventus has appointed Cameron Routh as its new CEO, succeeding founder Travis Schwab. Routh brings over 20 years of experience in financial technology leadership and plans to expand the company’s global presence and AI capabilities.

Eventus has appointed Cameron Routh as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding founder Travis Schwab, announced in a press release. The company, which provides trade surveillance and financial risk solutions, stated that Routh will lead its next phase of growth.

Routh has more than two decades of experience in financial technology. He previously served as CEO of Delta Data and held senior roles at Refinitiv and Scivantage. Earlier in his career, he co-founded GainsKeeper, later acquired by Wolters Kluwer.

Eventus said Routh will focus on expanding its global commercial and support presence, strengthening relationships with financial institutions, and enhancing the Validus platform. The company also plans to continue investing in product innovation and AI capabilities as part of its growth strategy.
