March 12, 2026
Eve has announced the general availability of its AI workforce platform, Eve 2.0, after deployment in over 900 plaintiff law firms. The platform introduces AI Agents for case execution and an AI Auditor for nightly case review, aiming to streamline operations and boost attorney capacity.

After a year of production use across more than 900 plaintiff law firms, Eve has made its AI workforce platform, Eve 2.0, generally available, announced in a press release. The platform enables firms to automate large parts of litigation operations with AI-driven case execution and auditing tools.

Eve 2.0 introduces AI Agents that automatically advance casework and an AI Auditor that reviews cases nightly for issues such as traumatic brain injuries and mass tort eligibility. According to the company, early adopters have reported a two- to threefold increase in attorney capacity, faster case resolution times, and significant reductions in drafting workloads.

The platform operates as an AI-native workforce layer within firms, allowing attorneys to focus on strategy while AI systems handle routine tasks like document drafting, intake, and scheduling. Eve plans to add an AI Analyst agent in the coming months to provide portfolio-wide insights across active cases.

Clients of Eve include Mike Morse Law Firm, Earley Law Firm, Smith Clinesmith LLP, Ricci Law, Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, and the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin.
