Encoura and Element451 Form Partnership to Integrate AI and Analytics for Higher Education
Encoura and Element451 have announced a strategic partnership to create a connected engagement ecosystem for higher education, according to a press release. The collaboration introduces Encoura Connect, a platform built with Element451 that combines Encoura's predictive models and research with Element451's AI platform.
Encoura Connect integrates analytics, institutional insights, and AI agents into a single environment for managing the student lifecycle. Colleges and universities can access updated predictive models based on student activity, while Element451's Bolt agents identify strategic opportunities automatically.
The platform enables enrollment and retention teams to work from a unified system without switching between tools. It maintains privacy and security standards while streamlining engagement workflows. Both companies stated that this integration aims to reduce manual processes and allow staff to focus more on student relationships and outcomes.
