Emplify Health adds Pearl Health AI tools for Medicare care
Emplify Health and Pearl Health announced a partnership in a press release to support care for about 25,000 Medicare beneficiaries in Wisconsin and Minnesota. The program will begin on January 1, 2027, across 11 hospitals, more than 100 clinics and 1,400 providers.
Pearl Health will provide predictive analytics that identify patients with rising health risks, those who have lost contact with care teams and cases where intervention may be needed. Its tools will place those insights within existing clinical workflows and help Emplify Health model financial risk and monitor performance against Medicare benchmarks.
Patients will keep their current physicians, Medicare benefits and coverage, with no change to out of pocket costs. The organizations will begin onboarding Emplify Health practices in fall 2026.
