Docusign Raises Fiscal 2027 Guidance as IAM Reaches 15.1% of ARR

Docusign reported second quarter revenue of $875.7 million and increased its fiscal 2027 guidance as Intelligent Agreement Management grew to 15.1% of annual recurring revenue.

Docusign raised its fiscal 2027 guidance after reporting second quarter revenue of $875.7 million, up 9% from a year earlier, the company said in its quarterly earnings announcement. Intelligent Agreement Management accounted for 15.1% of annual recurring revenue as of July 31, up from 12.6% three months earlier.

The company reported net income of $77.7 million, or $0.40 per diluted share, compared with $63 million, or $0.30 per diluted share, a year earlier. Free cash flow rose to $295.8 million from $217.6 million, while cash from operations increased to $334.5 million.

Docusign also released AI agent tools powered by Iris, including an AI assistant, prepared agents, Agent Studio, and support for adding agents to Workflow Builder. It introduced a Model Context Protocol server and expanded integrations with Slack, Perplexity, Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot.

For fiscal 2027, Docusign now expects revenue of $3.499 billion to $3.507 billion and annual recurring revenue growth of 8.5% to 9%. The company expects Intelligent Agreement Management to represent about 18% to 19% of total annual recurring revenue at the end of the fiscal year.
