Diversis Capital has merged Genesis Automation Healthcare, Kermit, and Meperia into a unified entity under the Genesis Automation Healthcare brand, creating an AI-enabled platform for hospital supply chain and inventory management.

Diversis Capital has completed the acquisitions of Genesis Automation Healthcare, Kermit, and Meperia, announced in a press release. The three companies will operate under the Genesis Automation Healthcare brand to form what is described as the first end-to-end healthcare supply chain and inventory management platform.

According to the announcement, the combined platform will provide inventory and spend management solutions for hospitals, health networks, and ambulatory surgery centers. It currently serves over 100 organizations worldwide and is expected to deliver more than $1 billion in annual procurement savings.

The new Genesis platform will integrate cloud and AI technologies to unify clinical supply chain workflows, clean and standardize item data, and connect with hospital ERP and EHR systems. The company aims to address inefficiencies and compliance risks in healthcare supply management while reducing administrative burdens on clinical staff.
