Dialogue AI Raises $6M Seed Round to Expand AI-Led Customer Research Platform
Los Angeles-based Dialogue AI has launched with a $6 million seed funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. Additional participants include Seven Stars, Uncommon Projects, the Tornante Company, and several angel investors from companies such as Discord, Nextdoor, and Match Group.
Founded in 2025 by Benjamin Lo, Justin Hoang, and Hubert Chen, Dialogue AI offers an AI-native research platform that conducts live, AI-moderated interviews to generate insights quickly and at scale. The platform automates the research process, from designing studies and recruiting participants to conducting interviews and delivering analysis.
Dialogue AI’s system integrates with existing business tools and builds longitudinal context over time, providing teams with enterprise-ready reporting through a simple interface. The company’s clients include Wayfair, Square, Nextdoor, and Suno.
The new funding will be used to accelerate product development and expand go-to-market efforts, broadening access to AI-powered research for teams seeking faster and deeper customer insights.
